The Libertines

Now, for a whole post dedicated to The Libertines, one of my favourite band of all time.

Pete Doherty and Carl Barat are the main force behind the band. They write, sing and contribute guitar to almost all of the songs. John Hassal and Gary Powell completes the lineup contributing bass and drums respectively.
(Some of you might know Pete as Kate Moss' coke-loving ex-boyfriend.)

Not the best of the performances. It's a solo version. Still Good.
This song was rumoured to be about Kate Moss but Pete denied it. Cool song nonetheless.

That's all for now. They have since broken up and went on to form their own bands namely Babyshambles, Dirty Pretty Things and Yeti. I still think the chemistry between Pete and Carl were superb. And I'd rank Pete up there with Eminem on the greatest poets of all time anyday.(fuck shakespear, the only thing he did was give me trouble back in school.)
